What good is a system if you can't use it? We think it's an obvious question, but our experience has proven, time and time again that end user training is an elusive event. At Gracenote, we approach training on multiple fronts.

As part of a comprehensive design package, our specifications include significant language requiring system contractors to provide end user training at the jobsite. In more complex systems, a principal from Gracenote will often perform the training directly to the end user, in cooperation with the installing contractor.

Additionally, we often perform training for the installation contractor to facilitate his/her own training, and to assist the contractor in the long term service of the system.
